The "Curriculum Cut" of the film has been shown to select audiences at Universities, high schools and other educational bodies, and a version of the film is for sale for institutional / educational use only.

Proceeds from the film will go to support the ongoing work of Kogami, preparing the community in West Sumatra for life in hte ring of fire.
